If you have an idea not listed in our Custom collection, simply reach out to us via email or through our website's contact form to discuss your ideas and preferences, and for a quote.

Our handmade jewelry pieces are crafted with high-quality materials such as pure fine silver, sterling silver, 14k gold, enamel (glass), genuine lab-grown diamonds, freshwater and saltwater pearls, and other carefully selected materials. We prioritize durability, beauty, safety, and sustainability in our material selection process.

* All of our enamel is lead-free (Suppliers discontinued lead enamels in 1994).

To ensure the longevity of your handmade jewelry, we recommend avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals, such as perfumes, lotions, and cleaning agents.

When not wearing your jewelry, store it in a dry, preferably cloth-lined container or pouch to prevent scratching and tarnishing.

Additionally, gentle cleaning with a soft cloth or specialized jewelry polishing cloth can help maintain its shine.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your handmade jewelry, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.

Absolutely. We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship, and if your handmade jewelry requires repairs due to manufacturers malfunction, we're here to help.

Normal wear and tear is not covered. Please see our Warranty and Repairs page for more information. You can always reach out to us on our Contact form with details about the damage, and we'll provide you with instructions on how to proceed with repairs.
